Before beginning your crystal meditation practice, take some time to choose a crystal that resonates with you. You can choose a crystal based on its color, shape, or properties, or you can simply hold different crystals in your hand and see which one feels right for you.

Extend your energy out towards the crystal, and see if you can feel the pull of the crystals energy as it meets yours. You'll know when it feels right.

Preparing for Your Meditation

Find a space where you can sit comfortably with your back straight and your feet flat on the floor.

Breathe in deeply through your nose, filling your lungs with air, and then slowly begin to exhale through your mouth. Repeat this motion several times, allowing your breath to become slow and deep.

 

Using Your Crystal in Meditation

 

As you continue to breathe deeply, bring your attention back to your crystal. Hold it in your hand or place it on a specific part of your body, depending on the properties of the crystal and the area of your body that you want to focus on.

As you hold your crystal, focus on its energy and allow it to connect you to your most inner self, your true self. Visualize the energy of the crystal flowing into your body, and over your body, filling you with a sense of peace, calm, and utmost serenity.

Continue to focus on your breath and building the connection to your crystal and its sacred energy in this beautiful moment in time. If your mind begins to wander, gently bring your attention back to your breath and your healing stone. Stay present here.
