Returns
Due to the nature of our merchandise, we do not currently accept returns, but do accept exchanges as the need may arise. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must arrive in the same condition as it was sent.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@museandmoonstone.com and send your item to: 8-170 Davie Road, Kelowna British Columbia Canada V1X 3Y7. Please do not send exchanges without first confirming your item return with one of our customer service representatives at info@museandmoonstone.com.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
