WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We will ship to most countries accepting Canada Post shipping. If our actual shipping costs grossly exceed the shipping that has been charged, you will be contacted regarding either a refund or additional costs.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?

All orders are processed through Canada Post. Expedited rates are available for an additional charge. Recycled shipping materials are used when possible. We ship your order based on the type of shipping you select. For international customers (outside of Canada), if you require a tracking number, you must select tracked shipping at the checkout. If an international order is placed without tracked shipping, Muse and Moonstone will not be liable for late, missing, or damaged packages.

HOW ARE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items ordered, and are charged based on the going rate for shipping through Canada Post at the time of checkout.

WHAT IS THE EXPECTED SHIPPING TIME?

For orders within Canada, please allow 3 - 7 business days for standard shipping. For orders being shipped to the USA, please expect an average shipping time of 5 - 10 business days for standard shipping. International orders may take longer than 14 business days, please contact us for estimates.

HOW ARE SHIPPING & DELIVERY DATES CALCULATED?

Delivery estimates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address), based on the shipping speed you've chosen. The transit time is calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time. Holidays are also taken into account when calculating the transit time. Transit time and delivery dates can vary depending on the country of destination.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders over $150 are eligible for free shipping. We do our best to ensure that your order will be delivered within 3 - 7 business days for Canadian addresses, and 7 - 10 days for USA and abroad. We process and ship your order in the most cost-efficient way possible so we can pass the savings on to you in the form of free shipping. We may take a little longer than you expect to ship out your order, but it won’t exceed 3-4 days.

KELOWNA LOCAL PICK UP

Orders that are local to the Kelowna, BC area are eligible to waive their shipping fee and pick up their order in store. Orders that have selected KELOWNA LOCAL PICK UP but are not local will be the shipping fee prior to the order shipping.

Note: If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
