The Solar Plexus & Tigers Eye

I think Tigers Eye was the first stone I actually worked with way back in 2013. I had gone through some major spiritual awakenings and I needed a little bit of psychic protection. I picked up some Obsidian, Onyx and Tigers Eye.
It was Tigers Eye that provided me with the most protective and safe energy. I slept with it for at least a year. What I didn’t realize was that while it was protecting me, it was waking and stirring my inner fire.
The Solar Plexus is the location of this inner fire.
It is the home of our will power, confidence, action and follow-through. We find what we desire in a healthy Sacral Chakra, and when the Solar Plexus Chakra is in balance we can act on that desire and manifest the life of our dreams.
It is all about using your internal fire to follow through, set goals and get shit done.
It’s also about understanding imbalances in the Solar Plexus and how they can lead to self-sabotage.

Tigers Eye:

This is truly the energy centre where you can make your dreams come true – but are you willing to put in the work? The Solar Plexus will not settle for anything less than a "hell yes", and Tigers Eye is ready to cheer you on, inspire you and light a fire under your booty.
Energy Healing:
Anyone can practice Reiki or Energy Healing. If you have found that you are experiencing an imbalance in the Solar Plexus Chakra, a simple way to begin to balance is by working with the energy already inside of you.

- Place your hand or hands over the Tigers Eye
- Begin to visualize energy radiating into your Solar Plexus
- See a yellow or white light filling the space under your hands and beginning to expand outward until it envelopes your entire body
- Rest in this cocoon of solar plexus energy last as feels good, listen to your intuition.
Boost Willpower:
Lack of willpower shows up in so many different ways. Procrastination, lack of follow-through, inability to stand up for one's self, and not taking what you need in life.
Willpower comes down to confidence, and the Solar Plexus is the home of willpower.

Think of all the wonderful aspects for yourself. Think of how far you’ve come!
